Job Description
- Daily reconciliation and settlement on different channels and resolve the disputes.
- Reply billers and channels inquiry
- Send daily reconciliation files to billers and channels
- Daily reconciliation and settlement for Vodafone cash and resolve the disputes
- Preparing daily, weekly & monthly reports for all payments analysis and improvements.
- Reconciliation for all funding.
- Send daily Settlement to sales rep
- Bar or unbar sales account as per his shortage
- Preparing daily, weekly & monthly reports for all sales actions
- Fund partner account and collector and wholesaler
- Fund a settle sales team wallet
- Calculate needed order
- Send and tracing order
- Check and monitoring services pool balance
- Reconciliation for all cashcall tools as cashless and collect and consumer app.
- Reconciliation for payment gateway
- Refund insurance
- Preparing daily, weekly & monthly reports for analysis and improvements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word, and Access.
- Excellent Communication Skills (verbally and written).
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Communication & problem-solving skills are advantage
- Detailed oriented and self-motivated
