Job Description
The job holder will be responsible for the below tasks:
- Accounting-preparing for the vouchers as payment & receiving for the companies on daily basis.
- Pass System entries and adjustment for the companies
- Responsible for the companies safe.
- Monitor cash position on a daily basis and initiate fund transfer as needed
- Follow up & handle Petty Cash for the companies.
- Follow up on & receive cash collections from the customers for the 3 companies.
- Responsible for general ledger (entries, adjustment, reclassification)
- Review all disbursements for companies
- Preparing and reviewing trial balance
- Liaise with external auditors to finalize all needed financial statements
- Cooperate in companies Taxes Audits.
- Prepare Daily, weekly & monthly reports to Finance Manager for the companies.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation bank and weekly reports.
- Record all expenses transactions on the system on a daily basis for the companies.
Job Requirements
To be considered for this role you should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- 4 - 5 experience as an accountant handling GL & Treasury.
- Excellent command of English is a must.
- Experience with audit firm is a solid plus.
- Experienced in ERP( SAP B1) is an asset.
