Job Description
- Manage all store operations, optimist sales and profits, control relevant store costs, and support and implement Merchandise, Marketing & other in-store initiatives
- Operations Look at prospective sites and evaluate new sites
- Prepare and participate in the preparation of sales budgets and ensure sales and profitability are in line with market budgets.
- Understand market dynamics (demographics, consumer behavior, market understanding, etc.).
- Analyzing data and making decisions about pricing and promotions in response to customer feedback
- Auditing inventory levels and ordering new stock as necessary to meet demand
- Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
- Developing and implementing marketing plans to promote products and boost sales
- Monitor and appraise the performance of retail staff in coordination with store manager
- Set KPIs for direct reports and conduct performance appraisals
- Coach Store Managers to use commercial information effectively and Control costs within budgetary guidelines
- Determining the criteria for selecting appropriate branch managers and conducting job interviews for managers and assistants
- Ensure excellent customer service through the implementation of the brand/company
Job Requirements
- From 3 to 5 years experience retail fashion specially women wear
- Experience 2 years at least in the same position as Area manager
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Car ownership is preferable.
