Job Description
Quality Control engineer is required in glass manufacturing field to Monitoring/Assuring that all products are achieving Customers requirements and control any deviations and also that guarantee product quality at end of the line.
Responsibilities:
- Review process procedure and test procedure and quality manual.
- Establish all required procedures related to quality control activities.
- Support in Handling customer complaints related to packaging and quality, and follow up the implementation of the agreed actions.
- Apply 7 Quality tools, and provide statistical reports with data analysis.
- Analyze data to identify trends and performance in product quality or defects with a plan of mitigating and preventing recurrence and upcoming defects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering degree in quality, mechanical or industrial engineering is required.
- Very Good command of English Language.
- Very Good communication skill.
- Team building and leadership skill.
- Lean Manufacturing, 5S, KAIZEN knowledge.
- Internal Auditing experience.
- Analytical Skills.
