Job Description

  • Receives and directs visitors, handles questions and concerns professionally.
  • Responsible for the placement-test procedures, classroom preparation
  • Following up with absent students and build a good rapport with them.
  • Records information accurately from different sources into a computer database
  • Resolves administrative problems by preparing reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
  • Distributes the feedback among the students.
  • Coordinates with all students before starting new batches in order to notify them with the beginning of the batch.
  • Notifies current students with the date of upcoming batch in order to start registering “from session 6”.
  • Responsible for the WhatsApp groups for the current students
  • Performs other administrative duties as needed.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Presentable
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
