We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Lease Management Executive. As a Lease Management Executive, you will be responsible for managing the lease agreement process and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

·        Manage the lease agreement process from negotiation to termination

·        Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations during lease agreements

·        Work closely with leasing team and property managers to understand lease requirements and ensure their fulfillment

·        Prepare lease agreements and any necessary legal documentation

·        Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, including lease terms and conditions

·        Track lease expirations and proactively manage lease renewals

·        Resolve any lease-related issues, such as unpaid rent or maintenance disputes

·        Conduct regular inspections of leased properties to ensure compliance with lease terms and proper maintenance
