Responsibilities:
- Creating products on e-commerce and digital marketplaces
- Managing, updating, and monitoring stock levels, prices, sales/promotions, and replenishments
- Following up on key accounts with item drop offs and transfers
- Creating airway bills with different shipping companies
- Following up with the Online Warehouse team on order status and returns
- Confirming with customers their orders if needed
- Following up with finance team on pending and disputed bills
- Bulk uploading of sheets and product images
Job Requirements
Skills:
- Experience: 0-3 years
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Excellent command in excel
- Excellent command in English (spoken & written)
- Team player
- Previous experience in e-commerce is a plus
- Previous experience in retail is a plus
