Job Description
- Crystal report and SAP-B1 Query Experience
- Software installation, configuration & training as per plan
- Design & Document current & Future business processes
- Process Force Add-On is a plus
- SAP-B1 all modules expert
- Customizing forms and developing reports using Crystal Reports
- Providing ongoing customer maintenance and support
- Training, coaching, and mentoring clients on the effective use of software
- Assisting with development and maintenance of software implementation tools and methodology
