Job Description
- Prepare sales plan and accomplish business development activities.
- To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone and email, as required.
- Recommend products based on customer needs and desires, answered questions regarding products.
- Attend and represent events such as conferences, seminars and exhibitions.
- Ensure an efficient tracking system of all orders, payments and its paper-work.
- To produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
- Record the progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report. Prepare clear sales analysis, as well as sales reports.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-year work experience in Sales industry, preferred working experience in furniture, lighting home accessories.
- Team player, with good negotiation skills and a customer work-friendly attitude.
- Must be fluent in English spoken and written other languages.
- Good Computer skills to conduct company work-related tasks
