Job Description
- Carries out the collection processes with Egytrans’ clients including: handling cash and credits, checking transactions and receiving invoices.
- Documents collection data on the on the EBS system to show the accounting position of every operation.
- Completes the collection procedures by depositing client checks in the company's bank account in coordination with the Accounting Supervisor.
- Receives requests for checks issuance (suppliers - clients) and directs them to the concerned parties/banks.
- Disburses all daily financial obligations such as (purchase orders, delegates’ transportation fees, car expenses.. etc.) after being approved by the branch Accounts Supervisor.
- Carries out a daily treasury review (receipts – expenditures) to check the remaining balance, match it with the book balance and reports it to the branch Accounts Supervisor.
- Resolves customer complaints by guiding them and providing relevant information.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
- 2-4 years of professional experience.
- Profound numerical and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with the Oracle EBS system.
- Proficient in using of Microsoft Excel.
- Exhibits a working-under-pressure and solution-oriented personality.
- Experience in the Freight/Logistics field is a huge plus.
