Job Description
- Creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections
- Overseeing the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
- Onboarding plans and educates newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
- Manage Monthly Attendance and working hours.
- Process the Monthly Payroll, Overtime, and KPIs.
- Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- At least 2 years as an HR Generalist and managing all phases of the recruitment, Payroll, personnel and internal communication.
- Excellent Microsoft office user especially Excel.
- Excellent command of the English language ( Written and Spoken).
- HR Certificate is preferred.
- Experience in Education or Language training centers is a plus.
