Job Description
- Review and design architectural and engineering drawings.
- Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
- Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
- Review detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact. - Carry out architectural concept design for several projects.
- Plan and design buildings and brainstorm project ideas
complete design drawings in AutoCAD and assist in reviewing project proposals, remaining a part of the process from conception through development. - Create proposals and complete construction paperwork for building.
Work on developing concepts (Schematic & development stages) Produce architectural & presentation detailed drawings Assists in compiling data for architectural plans,
specifications, cost estimates, reports, etc. - Assists in the preparation for plans for existing buildings where plans are not available.
Job Requirements
- Education: BSC Architecture
- AutoCAD, BIM, sketching plans, working drawings
- Extra requirements: 3Ds MAX.
- Previous experience in an engineering consulting office is preferred
