Job Description

Role and Scope:

Caduceus Lane is now recruiting an HR Manager who will be assigned to effectively lead the HR Team, manage the company's personnel daily operations, and implement cross-functional personnel policies in a dynamic, professional environment.

  The HR Manager will report to the Regional HR Director and will be responsible for providing support to implement the HR organization policies in the identification, acquisition, and retention of the required skills. 

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Supporting the HR Director in managing the employees and leading the transitioning of the HR strategy to growth and people development, including all aspects of recruiting, onboarding, social relations, training, retention, growth, and offboarding.
  • Assisting in conducting staff audits, identifying gaps, and proposing the staffing levels for the organization.
  • Coordinating with direct supervisors, team leaders, and managers for executing tailored development plans and career aspiration paths for potential delegates.
  • Implementing and administrating all HR and Admin policies, procedures, and processes in compliance with local regulations.
  • Implementing and leading the HR performance management system and using data analysis to influence strategic decisions and address organizational challenges to optimize talent management.
  • Managing compliance of all HR and labor topics.
  • Managing employee relations, including social bodies, employee satisfaction, health and security, and culture.
  • Managing, growing, and developing the HR teams.
  • Achieving HR satisfaction and implementing motivation barometers by holding suitable events to strengthen the retention plan and sense of belonging.
  • Promoting feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of HR services and processes.
  • Ensuring that HR practices are aligned with the business needs.
  • Leading the HR management when changes are appropriate.
  • Improving the performance of others by empowering a strong leadership and coaching culture.

Job Requirements

Candidate Background

  • At least 5 years of experience in an HR Manager position in multinational companies
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or any Business Management Discipline
  • A Master of Business Administration is a plus
  • Understanding and demonstrating practical knowledge of labor laws and statutory returns
  • Experience in supporting managers across a variety of departments at different levels in all aspects of HR and training
  • Experience in strategic and operational recruitment, retention, and development

Basic Qualifications

  • Fluency in the English language is a must
  • Ability to work in virtual teams and matrix environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team orientation and the ability to work closely with cross-functional partners
  • Demonstrated professional and ethical behavior
