Job Description

Position Objective: Providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software, responding to queries, and addressing system and user issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Maintain and ensure seamless operation of Microsoft Active Directory, and all relevant Security Systems (Firewall & Antivirus) whether on-prem or cloud based.
  • Responsible for overseeing the installation, configuration, upgrade, and administration of networked servers, workstations, software, and devices.
  • Oversee the installation and configuration of network passive Infrastructure & Internet access, along with performing the necessary maintenance and troubleshooting that warrants consistent performance.
  • Monitor status of e-mail and other messaging systems, file servers, and network equipment to ensure constant availability.
  • Develop and maintain detailed logs for all MODON's preowned and newly purchased IT related hardware and software with brief specs that facilitates ease of access to any required data and periodic audits.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers and ensure performing the due research and submitting the necessary reports that facilitates efficient and cost-effective acquisition of technology purchases.
  • Maintain a timely schedule for any software, licenses, warranties, and service agreements renewals, and performing the necessary steps accordingly.
  • Ensure immediate readiness of newly joined Team Members computers, user accounts, work email addresses and relevant business applications to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Team Members seeking technical assistance and respond to queries in a timely manner.
  • Ensure proper logging and control of any IT related issues on the available IT Ticketing system that warrants timely resolution to all the reported incidents according to their priority and updating resolution status for each incident.
  • Perform physical and remote troubleshooting, diagnostic techniques, which enables technical issues resolution to hardware, software, networks (LAN/WAN), or any other systems.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support and forward tickets/requests to third party suppliers where necessary and manage their progress until closure.
  • Maintain technical documentation and service catalog on installation of software, configuration of hardware and problem troubleshooting.
  • Identify possible improvements on procedures and research latest trends and appropriate technologies relevant to the business that shall support and improve corporate communications, access to information, and end-user productivity.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar relevant discipline.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Real Estate or Construction background is preferable

System administration experience including:

  • End user computer management (OS, Software installations, troubleshooting)
  • Server management
  • Network management and troubleshooting (routers, switches, data centers)
  • Professional awareness of Real Estate related software (AutoCAD, Primavera, etc.)
  • Proficient user of Office 365 Apps.
  • Very Good command of English Language
