Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and partners regarding Product needs
- Translate requirements into well defined user stories
- Ensure adherence to the schedule and release dates
- Partner with product directors and creators to ensure each project meets a specific need and resolves successfully
- Assume responsibility for project tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion
- Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software processes
- Distribute requirements to Technical Manager & Product Director for assessment, approval & planning
- Work with the development team to ensure smooth delivery of project milestones
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or 1-3 years of experience in Software Development or Project Management
- Ability to act as a Product Manager as needed
- Strong understanding of Agile fundamentals and processes
- Strong understanding and prior experience in using JIRA
- Clear & articulate oral communication in English language
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Excellent written communication skills
