Responsibilities:
- Assisting US customers with their technical related issues and inquiries.

Work hours:
- Rotational shifts, first shift starts at 2pm and the latest shift starts at 9PM
- 9 working hours including a 1-hour break

- Fluency in English as you'll be dealing with US customers
- Flexibility with night and overnight shifts
