Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handling all talent acquisition functions that include sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and hiring of all employees.
  • Fully responsible for the on-boarding process of new hires and make sure they receive an excellent experience.
  • Liaise with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
  • Attract and headhunt calibers that will help Fatura reach its set Goals, while maintaining company culture.
  • Handling all of the job descriptions, organizational charts, and the updates of the company.
  • Developing, maintaining, and updating the talent acquisition processes.
  • Reporting to the management and providing decision-making support through HR metrics.
  • Help in maintaining and conceptualization of policies and procedures that complies with the company's working environment and labor law.
  • Reviewing, updating, and maintaining the new employees' records and database.
  • Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind. 
  • Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
  • Assisting in monthly, quarterly, and annual performance evaluations.
  •  Carry out exit interviews with employees who are leaving during probation period.

Requirements AandSskills:

  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • The ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to the changing business needs and processes.
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruitment.
  • HR diploma or an equivalent certificate is a plus.
  • Location: Maadi
  • Working hours: Sunday till Thursday (10:00 - 06:00)
