Job Description
- Write and update content for the company's social media accounts.
- Conduct research to learn more about current trends and then contextualize your findings.
- Use social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.
- Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics.
- Collaborate with the team to establish campaign objectives, and identify and solve problems.
- Monitor the company's social media accounts and suggest new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers.
- Manage the content of the company's website and all company's social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc., In English and Arabic.
- Develop creative briefs by gathering information and data through research.
- Turn great ideas into real, sellable creative work.
- Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
- Use innovation to create a full storyboard and script for required task.
- Correct any errors in grammar, spelling, punctuation, context, and meaning.
- Proofread and review to produce accurate and high-quality work.
- Write content, copy and schedule content across all digital media channels.
Job Requirements
- +3 years of experience in same position.
- Food and beverages experience is a MUST
- Must have extensive experience writing in Arabic and English.
- Excellent in use English, Arabic or ideally both as a communication standard.
- Ability to unravel products information into clear and concise copy.
- How to do comparative analysis of copy, and pick up the good and the bad.
- Detail oriented.
