Job Description
- We are looking for a qualified Sales account manager Team Leader to join our team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers
- Assist Managers in Sales Strategy Development
- Keep Informed of New Products and Services
- Recruit, Train, and Coach the Sales Team
- Delegate Tasks and Set Deadlines
- Set Sales Targets and Motivate Sales Team
- Prepare Sales Reports
- Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Suggest and organize team-building activities
- Encourage creativity and risk-taking
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Selling the company’s products (Software, Hardware, and IT Solutions) to SMB in different sectors.
- Preparation sales cycle (Customer’s proposal, Tender’s Proposal, Customer’s follow-up, Sales, and purchasing paperwork).
- Contact new Customers by any means of marketing tools (Calls, Visits, E-mail shooting)
- Attending Tenders and representing the company in some assigned tasks.
- Follows up with existing clients regularly
- Handles current accounts/project disputes in coordination with the PMO department
- Follow up with the PM department to guarantee proper project delivery, customer satisfaction, and money collection.
- Registers our company within vendors list at potential clients’ lists
Job Requirements
- Ability to learn about IT products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to Gain new customers
- Excellent command of English.
- Presentable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Requirements 3+ Years of experience in IT equipment selling
- Ability to bridge technology and business goals to provide productive solutions
- Able to call potential clients with confidence.
