Job Description
- Prepare & Review technical & commercial proposals prepared by self & team engineers
- Review current tendering process and recommend the areas of improvement
- Develops Study offers and proposals from suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors.
- Supervising the tender team and make sure that the team on track.
- Conduct prequalification process for the vendors
- Conduct total cost of ownership for strategic projects

- 12+ years of experience in a relevant position
