Job Description
- Responsible for the preparation of the financial review plan of the Finance Department sections”
- Responsible for updating and maintaining the Finance Departments SOPs.
- Responsible to ensure that IbnSina fixed assets are safeguarded.
- Performs financial review for the Finance Sections to ensure financial information reliability, accuracy and effective operation.
- Performs review producers to ensure compliance with local and accounting standards.
- Performs review procedures to ensure from applying Finance Department SOPs.
- Performs branches visits assignments to ensure that Finance Sections comply with Finance SOPs.
- Performs review procedures to ensure compliance with legislative requirements for all taxation.
- Participates in the preparation of regulatory reporting.
- Ensure that the controls over financial reporting are in place.
- Ensure that all accounting allocations are appropriately treated and documented.
- Support month-end and year-end close process.
- Provides internal and external audits with require data (BI, Departments requests, audit firms…etc)
- Conducts follow-up to ensure the execution of internal audit recommendations.
Job Requirements
- 8 -10 years' experience in the accounting and audit field.
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, accounting section.
- IFRS is highly preferable and/or CMA is a plus.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Accuracy, and attention to details
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent user of MS Office.
- Very Good command of English language.
