Roles & Responsibilities

• Takes complete ownership of Real Estate (RE) and Expansion strategy and execution - driving expansion by acquiring spaces for new stores.
• Creates a short, medium, and long-term store location deal pipeline for expansion.
• Evaluates, prioritizes, and performs analysis to understand foot traffic and business potential throughout Egypt.
• Negotiates real estate rental deals with agents, mall leasing teams, and landlords.
• Builds partnerships with brokers, landowners, corporates, mall owners & operators, and institutions.
• Assists with the expansion of business through innovative partnerships
• Takes responsibility for business case return achievement and will conduct analyses to balance expansion & profitability.
• Works with the Engineering team to ensure store opening times are reduced, and the expansion target pace is met.
