Job Description
- Defining and validating possible data sources.
- Defining and validating data collection tools.
- Defining and validating research quantitative and qualitative standards.
- Collecting, sorting and archiving data regularly according to the data management standards.
- Analyzing data related to the products, customers, competitors, market trends and market gap.
- Understanding customer’s needs and report possible appropriate products, services and customized business solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
- Identifying and connecting with possible leads, key accounts and vendors from marketing campaigns.
- Liaising potential leads and key accounts to the sales team.
- Developing territorial action plans and adjusting plans according to interactions and results during execution.
- Performing market research to identify and compare competitor’s offerings, market trends and market gap.
- Performing the risk analysis for the collected data to determine threats, weaknesses, strengths, opportunities and controls.
- Reporting visualized summery for the market trends, notes and recommendations.
- Reporting market analysis on competitors, business model, pricing and sales models.
- Reporting schedule and budget statics compared to the company’s business model to ensure its growth and profitability.
- Translating research results to action plan aligned with the company’s business model.
- Other duties might be required and related to performing the job tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration major (Marketing/ Mass communication is Prefered)
- Work experience Preferable in a related field at least for 2 years.
- Excellent command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).
- Computer Skills: OS / MS /SQL , ExpertSkills .
- Gender: Male/ Female.
