Job Description
Submittal of Tasks Order/Tender:
- Review/ analyze each clients’/ bid’s commercial and technical specifications to generate competitive quotations.
- Promote/ recommend brands/ products for sales team based on clients’/ bids required technical and commercial specifications.
- Formulate competitive technical & financial quotations.
- Apply modification based on Direct Manager/ client’s feedback, if needed.
- Identify needed documents for each tender to be prepared.
- Ensure tenders’ documents are well identified & prepared in a timely manner, with appropriate level of details, including full and accurate costs.
Technical Support:
- Support sales team in technical issues.
- Provide necessary technical support to technical managers during meetings with customers.
- Make sufficient technical presentations for customers, if needed.
Vendors’ Communication:
- Negotiate with suppliers to get best prices & best payment terms.
- Responsible for regular updating of “Price List” of manufacturers and suppliers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of electrical /mechanical engineering or relevant major.
- Years of experience are from 3 to 5 years.
- Experience in kitchen equipment is a must.
- Very Good command of English.
- Proven experience with technical drawings and details.
- Extensive knowledge of preparing quotations.
- Good user of AutoCAD, MS-office.
- High analytical skills.
- High communication, negotiation, & presentation Skills.
- Problem solving skills.
