Job Description
- Drafts and reviews contracts forms, as well as dealing with contractual documentations.
- Reviews contract variation orders, estimate budgets, and review contractors and consultants interim payments.
- Prepares and analyzes tender documents.
- Reviews, discusses, and negotiates the terms of the contract.
- Identifies risks and develops risk mitigation plans
- Ensures identification, documentation, submission of claims, and variations.
- Drafts contractual letters to get them approved by Project Manager and send them to Client, Subcontractors, Government bodies etc.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree Civil or Architecture Engineering.
- Very good command of English.
- Familiarity with FIDIC contracts is a must.
- CLAC Certificate and Experience is a plus.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Applications, Auto-CAD, and Primavera.
