Scrum Product Owner (FinTech)

This is an important role to help understand key demands of institutional and fund manager clients and lead new product initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage new product innovations and lead scrum team as Product Owner
• Capture vision from stakeholders and document requirements for development
• Manage product vision and road-map to drive innovation
• Plan and prioritize backlog of product features and groom for Sprints
• Develop and prioritize Initiatives, Epics and User Stories aligned with product strategy
• Work closely with Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Technology Officer to optimize business value and product ROI
• Monitor and measure success of new product features through analytical tools
• Manage feedback of user engagement to optimize future product development
• Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
• Follow the industry and market developments to propose new innovations
• Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
