Recommending upcoming periodical checks/maintenance to prospective customer by phone.
Receiving/managing reservations.
Confirming the shop’s operational status and stock confirmation of necessary parts, and instructions for arrangements.
Greeting customers promptly.
Confirming and updating information on customers’ vehicle files (creating files for new customers).
Confirming and identifying contents of customers’ needs.
Price quotation using specified forms.
Filling repair order sheets and processing.
Confirming progress of activities, contacting customers.
Contacting customers for additional work and obtaining approval.
Promoting and selling recommended products.
Explaining work duties to customers.
Advice to customers on vehicle use, explaining/recommending next inspections/ repairs.

Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Education: B sc. Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience: from 2 to 4 years in similar position.
Language Skills: excellent written and spoken English.
Computer Skills: Ability to use Microsoft Office to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Email.
