Health Partners Ltd. is the face of Medical excellence; it was established to meet the constantly growing demands of innovative and quality medical care in many countries in the middle east and eastern Europe. 

We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant for immediate hiring. Health Partners' environment is very dynamic with unlimited growth opportunities; therefore, the position is quite challenging and we are looking for someone who understands ownership easily and can excel working independently with minimal supervision. 

General Summary: 

The job is flexible/hybrid working hours. The company is a small startup with growing operations all over Egypt; the successful candidate will need to sustain high levels of productivity and punctuality. S/he will be responsible for executing professionally all administrative, basic bookkeeping, regular reporting, and a considerable amount of email correspondence with international partners on a daily basis.

Job Requirements

Main Job Responsibilities:

Manage all email correspondence with international partners with minimum supervision 

Manage all administrative tasks such as filing clients documents, following up on international payments, registering new suppliers, creating purchase orders, filing clients' feedback, booking airline and accommodation tickets, and other tasks as needed

Register suppliers and employees' transactions 

Prepare regular reports on key business metrics and KPIs as agreed with the executive team

Other responsibilities as delegated by the executive team

KEY Qualifications: 

• No educational requirements. 

• 1-3 years of experience as an executive assistant or admin in 

medical, Hotels, Corporate Travel, Leisure, or similar industries.

• Must have good email writing skills (formatting- business language-grammar-vocabulary)

• Good Excel and word skills 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• knowledge of Slack, CRM solutions, Newsletter tools, and other digital tools

• Analytical person and love numbers. 

• Team player attitude and efforts. 

Requirements: 

● Ownership and minimum supervision are key - If you have

● Our office is in Sheikh Zayed so preferably living nearby

● Job requires some travel 20-30% to Aswan, Hurghada, and Sharm Sheikh
