Job Description
- Establish Job evaluation, and grading system
- Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company’s strategic plan
- Track compensation and benefits bench marking data
- Preparing employees' monthly salaries for the Group
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs.
- Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Excellent user of Microsoft Excel
- Good command of English language
- 10th of Ramadan city resident is preferred
- Experience not less than 4 years in com and Ben activities
