Job Description
- Organize records of invoices, bills and deposits and review customer balance
- Monitor processing of invoices and timely collection of payments
- Conduct credit checks
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc revenue / sales reports including AR aging
- Ensure high-quality invoicing and collection procedures
- Ensure all team members follow the accounting principles
- Stay updated on industry and legislative changes
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience
- BS degree in Finance or Accounting
- Proven working experience as Accounts Receivable manager
- Proven working experience in Value Added Tax
- Understanding of other tax requirements is a plus
- Working experience in a financial services company is a plus
- Good understanding of accounting principles according to IFRS, credit practices and collection regulations
- Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software like ERP, Quickbooks…etc
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
