Job Description
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Provide support to callers experiencing computer problems of all kinds.
- Determine how and if they can be fixed.
- Basic Troubleshooting to customers' inquiries
Job Requirements
- Fluent in French & English (B2/C1 French - B2/B1 English)
- Ability to work Rotational Shift with Rotational Days Off

- Tech Support Background is preferable
