Job Description

  • Equip clients' brief with an interactive strategic digital marketing plan. 
    Help identify target audiences and plan media campaigns
  • Compare and negotiate rates
  • Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriate
  • Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI)
  • Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional materials.
    Proactively optimize purchased social media through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and targeting.
    As the ad is running, the digital media buyer will be expected to make recommendations for any changes that should be made to the campaign to optimize its conversion ratios.
    Create detailed media plan for all clients and a detailed list of goals and KPIs to go after daily, weekly and monthly
  • Setup campaigns on various paid media channels including Facebook ads, Google ads, Tiktok ads, Display & Native ads platforms
  • Create a reporting system and dashboards based on goals and KPIs through Google Data Studio (and/or other tools)
  • Keep up to date on the latest changes and new trends within the industry and apply them to your daily work in addition to competitor research and analysis
  • Own and manage relevant relationships with partners and clients through all relevant channels (slack, email and whatsapp)
  • Create client-facing reports such as weekly and monthly metrics and pitch decks.
  • Present campaign performances to clients on a regular basis.
  • Create relevant standard operating procedures 
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as Media Buyer or similar role; experience in digital media is preferred
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
  • Attention to detail
  • Good numerical, analytical and research skills to evaluate campaigns
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Tag Manager.
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Ability to work independently and have excellent time management skills.
