Medical Representative

Pharma Mart a growing pharmaceutical organization with a diversified portfolio of locally manufactured and patented imported products from the USA, Finland, Belgium and France with operating branches in the USA (R&D office) and in the GULF area is expanding and seeking to hire product specialists with the following JD:

• Prepares daily report, weekly plan and monthly forecast for efficient operation of his/her territory.
• Maintains a comprehensive and classified list of physicians, hospitals, medical centers, polyclinics, pharmacies, paramedical contacts and updated “Customer Data” on a quarterly basis.
• Carefully assesses the potential of each client in his/her territory focusing on classes A & B.
• Accomplishes productive sales calls by matching the sales presentation (detailing) according to the specialty. 
• Assures a “fair balance” in the detailing effort and advises the physician as to the product knowledge and accompanying usage of his/her products according to the company’s objectives.
• Constantly reviews his/her territory coverage program in terms of increased and more productive coverage.
• Establishes meaningful relationships with health care professionals and distributors involved in his/her territory.
• Maintains and implements the R.V.P, DSO, Plans, RPR, Conversion Rate Per Customer and Incremental Growth.
