Job Description

  • Calculate and work on payroll activities.
  • Check all employees’ timesheets for payroll calculation.
  • Prepare and delivers the needed reports requested by Payroll and HR Operations Manager.
  • Responsible for resolving any queries or issues related to payroll.
  • Calculate the monthly income tax, Social Insurance and Emergency Fund for Labor Law.
  • Calculate final settlements for resigned or terminated employees.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for the employees in order to be able them to open bank accounts.
  • Calculate, keeps and follows salary, bonus, reward, overtime, additional benefit records of all personnel.
  • Conduct the salaries and the salary and rates survey studies to compare salaries and rates of the existing positions in the company with those in the market, examines and analyzes results and identifies deviations.
  • Create, maintain, and update personnel files in complying with the Egyptian Labor.
  • Deals with governmental External offices such as Labor, Social insurance offices etc.
  • Manage the process of employee’s termination and suspension (resignations, end of contract…etc.) employees.
  • Draft Employment contracts
  • Follow up probation periods to proceed with termination if required.
  • Keep good relations and communication channels with concerned governmental authorities;
  • Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up the employees' credentials completion and developing personnel files for newcomers to ensure adherence to the personnel filing system.

Job Requirements

  • BSc of Business Administration or relevant field, HR diploma or certificate is an asset. 
  • Very good English level
  • 2-4  years of experience in Payroll and HR Operations
  • ERP Experience is an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Analytical Skills.
  • Communication Skills
