Job Description

  • Answers all incoming calls, routing them to the concerned parties, and takes telephone messages for colleagues ensuring that the messages are conveyed.
  • Handles the incoming correspondence and communications of the Company including responding independently wherever possible and required.
  • Welcoming all visitors, guests & clients and channels them to the concerned parties.
  • Responsible for coordinating the sales rotation turn.
  • Responsible for providing the lead form to new customers.
  • Responsible for searching and registering clients on CRM System. 
  • Responsible for filling clients lead forms.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree from any Discipline, English section is preferred
  • 1-3 years of  experience
  • High communication skills
  • Fluency in English language is preferred.
  • Presentable, objective, and motivating character
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines competently
