Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • The Onboarding ‎& Employer Branding Senior Specialist will be responsible for the development, execution and rollout of recruitment marketing campaigns, employer branding activities, candidate experience and overall onboarding process programs that support the ASG to attract and engage the right talent‎.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage onboarding process for new employees by ‎providing them with all necessary tools, training, and information to land smoothly. 
  • Introduce the new employees to the company management team after a ‎successful on-boarding process.‎
  • Handle employee onboarding and orientation activities.‎
  • Following up with new hired employees’ direct manager for their ‎performance for first 3 months.‎
  • Following up with new hired employees for their onboarding ‎satisfaction feedback.
  • Turning the company to a definitive Employer of Choice.
  • Develop, communicate, and execute employer brand, recruitment ‎marketing, and candidate experience initiatives.
  • Develop deep local market knowledge to understand the ‎current talent and recruiting landscape, macro recruiting events ‎calendar, and upcoming key initiatives.
  • Understand and clearly communicate business priorities; define ‎needs, challenges, and timelines in quality briefs.
  • Build strong, reciprocal relationships with cross-functional teams to ‎ensure alignment.
  • Support in the planning and execution of employer engagement ‎activities/events.
  • Support on a comprehensive local communications plan including ‎strategy, goals, budget, and tactics.‎
  • Developing social media relations strategy, seeking high-level ‎placements in posts and engagement of the target audience.‎
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and communicating PR and internal ‎communications results.
  • Maintaining a keen understanding of industry trends affecting the ‎market and making appropriate recommendations regarding the ‎communication strategy surrounding them.

Job Requirements

Qualifications Required:

  • ‎‎BSc. in management preferably HR, and/or Marketing background
  • 3-‎‏5‏‎ years’ recruitment marketing or employer brand management experience ‎‎(Manufacturing Field)‎
  • Deep understanding of best practices in candidate & employee experience, ‎full life cycle recruiting and brand
  • Expert knowledge of recruitment marketing channel mix including emerging ‎media, technologies and traditional
