Product Owner

***This position will require travelling to UAE 3 months per year (Accommodation & pocket money on Flairstech). If you're ok with travelling 3 months per year to UAE, please apply!

Product owners manage the product development process to ensure that clients' needs are met. Product owners work with scrum teams to determine product features and manage product backlog items, as well as communicate with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog in accordance with a milestone-driven schedule
   
• Translate product requirements into agile user stories and guide prioritization of the product backlog
   
• Define user acceptance criteria to facilitate validation of implemented solutions
   
• Assess value, develop backlog items, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
   
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
   
• Collaborate with product leaders, UX, and development teams to organize tasks within a project, coordinate product schedules and delivery timelines, and test and bring features to successful release
   
• Hold Sprint planning meetings with the team to ensure that the highest value items are being prioritized within each Sprint and provide more details as needed
