Job Description
- Handle daily Network technical support requests that guarantee a stable, fast, and secure exchange of information through IDH network.
- Assist in coordinating the development and maintenance of network infrastructure with the IT team according to business needs.
- Perform periodically test to the Network Security, ensuring that servers and networks are stable and secured.
- Assist in creating IDH internet access points distributions and monitoring internet and intranet performance.
- Provide technical support for maintenance, new installation, delivery of surveillance systems.
- Run diagnostic tests and performing repairs on Networking infrastructure.
- Responsible for Cisco phones, switches, antivirus, installation, configuration, and updates across the group.
- Implement all IT requirements for new labs, new scan branches, business units, and any new sites for IDH.
- Follow up with the ISP to ensure WAN connection stability, availability and performance.
Job Requirements
- University degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent.
- Fortinet firewalls knowledge is a must.
- Good knowledge of Antivirus solutions.
- Excellent knowledge on surveillance solution specially Hikvision.
- Good command of different switches configuration (Cisco, HP and Dell).
- Good command of Cisco VOIP.
- TrendMicro security solution awareness is a plus.
