Job Description

Job Objective:

Responsible for leverage the employees knowledge and skills as well as enhance development programs for raising the employees performance.

Job duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
  • Identifies gaps in skills and competencies, identifies main training needs and prepares the training plan for the entire organization.
  • Conduct training courses and sessions as well as  monitors the assigned training budget.
  • Builds strong internal networks as the internal trainers are identified and developed
  • Implement strategies for performance evaluation, training and development ...etc.
  • Create and update organization chart to reflect company’s vision.
  • Implement the development of performance management process.
  • Revise new policies and procedures.
  • Execute programs on employee’s motivation, satisfaction, career development and succession.
  • Enhances the behavioral demonstration of Eva Cosmetics core values and ensures a high level of commitment to it.
  • Searches and evaluates other development programs in different business market and compile stakeholders’ opinion. (E.g. Talent management programs, Succession planning program, etc.).
  • Monitors Creation/Update of job descriptions that accurately describe job purpose, scope of responsibility and prerequisites.
  • Ensure the quality of delivered training sessions by external vendors
  • Builds the internal network of internal trainers and organizes the regular Train the Trainer sessions
  • Representing the HR dept. in dealing with internal and external audit.
  • Prepare HR KPIs/activities periodic reports.
  • Ensure the implementation of HSE regulation.

Job Requirements

Qualifications (Education & Work Experience):

  • Education: Bachelor Degree in any relevant major – HR Diploma or HR advanced studies is a must.
  • Language: Excellent English Language proficiency.
  • Computer: Excellent Computer skills (Microsoft Office) & Microsoft Visio.
  • Years of Experience: 3-6 years of experience preferable in industrial field.
