Job Description
- Review and validate process design considering workflow, cycle time, and document control requirements.
- Support business processes, and procedures implementation using standard templates and automation tools.
- Analyze process performance and assess process capability, investigate the root cause analysis.
- Promote process improvement initiatives using lean-six sigma and digital transformation approach.
- Plan, prepare, and execute quality audits checking compliance with QMS policies, processes, and instructions.
- Effectively follow up on corrective actions and manage business owners and stakeholders.
- Maintain QMS compliance with ISO standards, TS, and Operational excellence framework requirements.
- Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
- Develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of complaints.
- Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree, (Industrial, Mechanical) Engineering Background is preferred.
- Excellent command of English.
- Very Good command of MS office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in tight situations.
- Familiar with ERP System.
- Preferred experience with QA or similar field.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 Requirement and any Food Safety is a must.
- Excellent Data Collection and analysis skills.
- Strong Background with Lean Six Sigma applications.
