Khwarizm for business development is implementing Ezdhar acceleration program to scale up small and growing manufacturing businesses. We are seeking to engage with project-based part-time consultants with skill sets to assist with designing and implementing scale up strategies for small and growing businesses in chemicals and packaging manufacturing sectors.
The scale up plan advisors shall cover Growth capital module : This module will focus on clarifying the foundations of the financial analysis that each company must do periodically in order to monitor its financial performance and identify the pain points that must be dealt with in order to maximize profitability. In addition to identifying pricing strategies, cash flow management, inventory analysis, and introducing companies to various banking and non-banking financial services. Furthermore, access to financing will be addressed by preparing the company with the explicit and tacit knowledge necessary to raise funds, whether from banks, non-bank financial institutions, or investors.
The selected consultants will be introduced to the program methodology and will be guided through a team of senior experts during the implementation of the program.

The sought for consultants are:

Having at least 7 years’ experience in Chemicals or Packaging industrial sector is a must.
Having a proven solid experience in Financial Management.
Able to draft business case
Flexible and able to travel outside Cairo
