Job Description
- Develop & maintain sales setup.
- Set, implement & achieve sales objectives & strategies.
- Plan and carry out sales related activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales.
- Develop, periodically review & update all sales policies, and pricing strategies for all projects.
- Direct channel development activity coordinating sales distribution according to set plans.
- Track, push, manage, coach and motivate sales managers and direct reporting staff to achieve best results.
- Periodically review personal & career goals with each sales team member in order to achieve personal and company’s goals in coordination with Human Resources Department.
- Liaise between sales units to ensure healthy coordination.
- Produce periodical overall sales analysis reports; analyzing sales statistics and develop recommendations.
- Evaluate market conditions and competitors’ data to assess current business, market dynamics and area of potential.
- Coordinate with the Marketing & Customer Svc functions.
- Report Competitive activities & news
Job Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrate managerial / technical skills and product knowledge of Real Estate industry,
- Ability to set strategic sales plans and activities plans.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of business community.
- Ability to effectively present information to management.
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
- Coach Direct Reports for continual development.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
- Active, accurate, aggressive and result-oriented.
- Collaboration with coworkers in all other functions.
Essential Qualifications:
- B. A. or relevant study preferably post graduate study,
- Experience of 8- 10 years in sales profession,
- Experience with real estate and/or construction complex organizations is an asset,
- Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining sales strategies to meet company’s objectives.
- English language and computer skills are a must.
Key Performance Indicators (Measurable KPI’s):
- Submit strategic plan in December of each year for the following year.
- Achieve sales target 100%
- Submit forecasted sales/income for Jumeirah in maximum 24 hrs.
- Submit a monthly report analyzing statistics of sales with 100% accuracy
- Submit occasional report following an event within one week
- Customer satisfaction with a minimum of 90%
- Maintain Client’s data base & update it on monthly basis
- 90% Forecast Accuracy.
- 100% Interdepartmental cooperation & collaboration
