WINJI is a newly established e-commerce platform dedicated in beauty products, now hiring customer service agents. to resolve issues providing information and feedback, as well as collaborating on customer care.
- Answer telephone and emails respond to customer needs, and internal employee’s needs.
- Accurately manage and organize orders
- Build effective communication lines and relationship with your customers as to develop a good understanding of how to support their needs.
- Trouble shooting when any customer issues are communicated and work with account manager to decide upon a resolution to the problem and follow through.
- Build effective communication lines with supply chain, logistics and the sales team.
Job Requirements
- Preferably has experience in cosmetics.
- Must be detail oriented and organized to ensure accurate order entry and customer communications
- Customer Oriented.
