Job Description

WINJI is a newly established e-commerce platform dedicated in beauty products, now hiring customer service agents. to resolve issues providing information and feedback, as well as collaborating on customer care.

  

  • Answer telephone and emails respond to customer needs, and internal employee’s needs.
  • Accurately manage and organize orders
  • Build effective communication lines and relationship with your customers as to develop a good understanding of how to support their needs.
  • Trouble shooting when any customer issues are communicated and work with account manager to decide upon a resolution to the problem and follow through.
  • Build effective communication lines with supply chain, logistics and the sales team.

 

Job Requirements

  • Preferably has experience in cosmetics.
  • Must be detail oriented and organized to ensure accurate order entry and customer communications
  • Customer Oriented.
