Supports any number of projects at various stages of work, including:
- Develop high-quality Interior & architectural Shop-drawing packages.
- Complete knowledge of building techniques as well as architectural detailing.
- Organize, manage, and maintain CAD files

Job Requirements
- 3 : 5 years of solid experience generating shop-drawings for interior and exterior projects.
- Solid Experience preparing Masonry, Furniture, Ceiling, Lighting, Electrical, Wiring, Sanitary Plans.
- Experience preparing BOQ and Material Take off using REVIT / BIM Software.
- Experience Making furniture, equipment and finishing schedules.
- Solid communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritize and organize simultaneous assignments and work under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in the following software packages is a must:
- REVIT
- AutoCAD
- Sketchup
- .Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Proficiency in the following software packages is a plus:
- 3dsmax.
- Corona Renderer
