Job Description
- Searching and selecting suppliers and making relevant agreements,
- Procuring the materials, equipment and services with the highest quality and lowest cost in line with the company objectives and departmental procedures,
- Creating alternative suppliers for alternative materials through domestic market research,
- Tracking the entire process of purchased materials from supplier to factory warehouse,
- Creating purchasing contracts and monitor contract compliance,
- Preparing the requested reports,
- Localization of imported materials,
- Following the trends and forecasting costs,
- Support of negotiating and partly negotiate supplier quotations and contracts on behalf of the company procedure to obtain favorable prices, terms and conditions of payment and service levels,
- Checking costs, quality and levels of service,
- Keeping a constant check on stock levels to maximize business efficiency,
- To coordinate purchasing activities of all kinds in order to fulfill internal customer needs in a timely and effective manner.
Job Requirements
- University degree preferably in Business Administration , Economy , Public Relations, Accounting, Finance,Faculty of Engineering or related fields from a reputable university,
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Purchasing.
- Very good command of English.
- Good knowledge of MS office programs .
- Good communication and negotiation skills,
- Males only
- Military service has been done.
- No restriction to travel.
- Damietta/Mansoura Residence.
