We’re looking for a Junior Sales Executive to join our team! The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to serve customers and help the team sell our services and monetize.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Make phone calls as a primary way to connect with customers.
  • Follow up with existing customers.
  • Answer questions targeted towards the customer’s needs and preferences
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and collect information for closing deals.
  • Report on a daily basis and exchange information with the rest of the team easily.
  • Arrange business development calls/meetings with prospective clients.
  • Work with our venue finders and account managers for data collection and reporting activities.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
  • Report to direct supervisor.
  • Able to reach weekly and monthly OKRs
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Good network connections in order to capitalize on sales from your own network.
  • Flexible working hours

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years in a business development role
  • MUST have previous experience in launching and executing local market strategies in an early stage startup
  • Proven track record and ability to lead within a cross-functional environment
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills including designing, developing and evolving financial/business models
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in various go to market designs and business models
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Professional and consistent work habits, strong work ethic, driven to achieve company goals
  • Proven ability to succeed in both collaborative and independent work environments
  • Familiar with Salesforce, Excel and GSuite; Advanced data analytics skills (e.g. SQL) a big plus
