Job Description

  • Helps develop and implement talent development policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Assists in preparing/ designing instructional training materials, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures.
  • Prepare training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials.
  • Track and record training activities (Attendance, Evaluation, Certificates delivery, pledge signatures).
  • Freelance trainers sourcing.
  • Proposing different training proposals through contacting external training providers.
  • Submitting purchase order/ request to support the availability of training supplies/ materials on ERP.
  • Following up with finance on training providers’ invoice payment.
  • Attending Quality Assurance Audits and afford all needed documents.
  • Record of training materials prepared by in-house instructors, such as outlines, text, or handouts.
  • Attend meetings or seminars to obtain information for use in training programs.
  • Prepare training expenses reports.
  • Schedule training classes based on availability of participants, classrooms, equipment, or instructors.
  • Provide onboarding session for new hires.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or other related fields.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Excellent organizing and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Expert use of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
