Job Description
- Helps develop and implement talent development policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Assists in preparing/ designing instructional training materials, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures.
- Prepare training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials.
- Track and record training activities (Attendance, Evaluation, Certificates delivery, pledge signatures).
- Freelance trainers sourcing.
- Proposing different training proposals through contacting external training providers.
- Submitting purchase order/ request to support the availability of training supplies/ materials on ERP.
- Following up with finance on training providers’ invoice payment.
- Attending Quality Assurance Audits and afford all needed documents.
- Record of training materials prepared by in-house instructors, such as outlines, text, or handouts.
- Attend meetings or seminars to obtain information for use in training programs.
- Prepare training expenses reports.
- Schedule training classes based on availability of participants, classrooms, equipment, or instructors.
- Provide onboarding session for new hires.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR or other related fields.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Excellent organizing and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Expert use of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
