Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers.
The Sales Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Responsible for creating and implementing a sales strategy that leads to achieving sales targets per product, and ensuring growth and account penetration.
- Communicate with assigned clients/accounts on a regular basis and introduce new ones.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Maintain clean and updated records for all leads and new clients.
- Coordinate with other members of the sales team as needed to generate sales and provide excellent client experience.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits

- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on sales status
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services
- Have a database of appropriate contacts in potential oil and gas organizations, operators, maintenance companies, and clients
- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
- Clearly communicate the sales progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Providing a world-class prospect and customer experience through every interaction
- Help to build scalable demand generation campaigns based on data
- Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in our process
- Achieve results within the first three months
Extra Responsibilities
- Add new ideas which leads to revenue generation “ i.e. new beXel modules, cycle, etc. “
- Travel Abroad or locally to Attend events, pitches, exhibitions as beXel representative.
- Conduct beXel demo to the clients, act side by side with the sales team to grow revenue.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills on both (English & Arabic languages)
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
