Job Description
The Odoo Functional Consultant/Business Analyst plays a crucial role in understanding business requirements, configuring the Odoo ERP system, and ensuring alignment between technology solutions and business objectives. This role involves a deep understanding of business processes, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Odoo's functional capabilities.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for Odoo implementations.
2. Conduct workshops and interviews to understand current business processes, pain points, and future goals.
3. Translate business requirements into Odoo configurations, workflows, and customizations.
4. Configure Odoo modules to meet business needs, including setting up user roles, permissions, and data structures.

6. Develop and maintain functional documentation, including process flows, user stories, and configuration guides.
7. Work closely with the development team to ensure technical solutions align with business requirements.
8. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate Odoo configurations and customizations.
9. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of Odoo solutions.
10. Stay updated on new features and updates in the Odoo platform and assess their potential impact on business processes.
Job Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a functional consultant or business analyst, preferably in ERP implementations.
3. Strong understanding of business processes across various functional areas, such as sales, procurement, inventory, and accounting.
4. Proficiency in configuring and customizing Odoo modules to address business requirements.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops, interviews, and presentations.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions.
7. Detail-oriented approach to documentation and process mapping.
8. Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
9. Certification in Odoo functional consulting or business analysis is desirable.
