Job Description
- Coordinating the company's administrative meetings.
- Create presentations, documents, files, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time by following up and coordinating with all departments to track down the pending and late tasks.
- Maintain tracking of tasks, operations performance, and progress, using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Achievement analysis for short and long-term goals.
- Create and submit operational reports.
- Perform other related duties.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience of 3-5 years as an Operations Assistant or Project Coordinator.
- Knowledge of strategic planning and KPIs monitoring.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Analytical skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Initiative and Tech-friendly.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- IT horizontal knowledge and good English language
