Job Description

  • Coordinating the company's administrative meetings. 
  • Create presentations, documents, files, spreadsheets, and databases. 
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time by following up and coordinating with all departments to track down the pending and late tasks. 
  • Maintain tracking of tasks, operations performance, and progress, using appropriate tools and techniques. 
  • Achievement analysis for short and long-term goals. 
  • Create and submit operational reports. 
  • Perform other related duties. 

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience of 3-5 years as an Operations Assistant or Project Coordinator. 
  • Knowledge of strategic planning and KPIs monitoring. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Excellent time management skills. 
  • Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking. 
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. 
  • Analytical skills. 
  • Problem-solving skills. 
  • Self-motivated. 
  • Initiative and Tech-friendly. 

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 
  • IT horizontal knowledge and good English language
